When you submit a contact form or take the product-fit quiz and leave your details, we collect:

- Your business name (optional)
- Your message (optional)
- Your quiz answers and the products recommended to you
- UTM attribution parameters from the URL if present

How we use your information
Information submitted through this site is used to follow up with you about the PilotWorks products relevant to your operation. Specifically:
- To respond to your inquiry within one business day
- To route your information to the appropriate product team
- To send your information to our CRM (Nexus) for sales and follow-up
We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not add you to SMS marketing campaigns based on this form submission. No SMS marketing consent is claimed or implied by submitting this form.
Data retention
Lead records are retained in our durable database for operational and audit purposes. Contact us to request deletion of your record.
